CYQ Certificate in Advanced Fitness Instructing - Gym (Level 3)
The Advanced Fitness Instructor Qualification is an excellent route for expanding current exercise and fitness knowledge with practical application of advanced cardiovascular and resistance programming. The course will enable you to train clients in advanced training techniques and plan out long term training schedules for clients, assessing their progression on a periodical basis and encouraging them along the way.

Format
The course is delivered over eight days, in various formats, and consists of both taught theory session and practical workshops.
Assessment
The course is assessed via a multiple choice theory paper, practical assessment, and completion of a case study.
