Sports conditioning is a very specialised field within the health and fitness profession. Working with athletes ranging from grassroots level to professionals, your role as an instructor is vital to help increase their performance levels by analysing individual sporting movements and planning programmes that will develop the skills and energy systems required for elite performance.

Format
